Shipping policy

When will my order ship?

All orders will be processed within 48 hours of order being placed, if standard shipping is selected (USPS First Class). Our mail carrier picks up shipments mid-morning of each business day. Once the package is in transit, there is a 3-6 business day estimated arrival time. However, these orders do not have a guaranteed delivery date. Shipping may exceed quoted time as USPS does not deliver on Sundays or holidays.

*Please note we do not ship on Sundays, Chic Salon & Boutique cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, postal interruptions etc.

Customers are responsible for return shipping cost.

We offer in-store pick up for local customers, you will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up in store. If your order is not picked up within 14 days of the order fulfillment date, your order with become final sale and no return or exchange will be accepted. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Please contact us if your package is lost or stolen, and we will be happy to assist you in locating your package. You can also log into www.usps.com to file a missing package or damaged package claim.
